"WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!"

"We were thinking in the next year or so we would get a SUV. We looked in Consumer Reports and narrowed our selection down to the Toyota Highlander. We could not decide between the FWD 4 Cylinder or 6 Cylinder. We went to one of the big dealerships and test drove both we decided the 6 Cylinder was for us.

It took us over 2 hours to leave the dealership, and they kept calling us with "dubious deals." I thought there must be a better way. I was looking through my benefits at work and discovered that we belonged to and were members of an employee benefit discount program. I went to the website that handled our benefit program and learned all about getting a great deal on buying all kinds of things including New Cars! While I was on the website I learned about Traveling Witness. Their service sounded great. I wanted to get my Wife into a new SUV with as little hassle (time/money/negotiations) as possible. And, a preferred network of the best dealers to work with going forward in terms of service for your vehicle.

The price was well worth it. But after I called I found out members get a special discounted rate ! We wanted a 2004 Silver Toyota Highlander Front wheel drive V6, sunroof, roof racks, privacy glass, cloth seats. I called AutoAdvisor OnCall on a Sunday afternoon. Cheryl picked up the call...immediately...I am thinking this is cool. Cheryl explained the service and how we would proceed. Cheryl is great, easy to talk to, works very hard for your business. It's not only worth the money but our way of saying thanks is that we refer her service all the time. I was not comfortable transmitting personal info over the internet even if it is a secured site and Cheryl accommodated this. We communicated mostly via voice messages, email and Faxes. From start to finish It was 2 1/2 weeks. Cheryl found us a great deal! Cheryl handled all the negotiations, all we had to do was show up, test drive, inspect, and sign and drive away. It does not get any easier than this! Cheryl even met us there to make sure everything went correctly. A week later we went back to get our registration and inspection sticker. My wife was bothered about the dealer sticker on the car. The dealership fixed the problem with a great attitude and in return gained a service customer. I will use TRAVELING WITNESS again.
